It is the language that makes literariness. (I hope I am not misrepresenting Dan, though I am certainly simplifying). A graphic novel is a stand-alone story in graphical form, published as a book. I’ve read this book twice, now, but I’ve looked at it five or six times. Highly recommended for public and school libraries. At the agency she assists with foreign and film rights for the whole agency in addition to managing her own clients.
