Looks like the harvest is goiing to be the last week in September or the begining of October. As long as you keep the carbonated bottle cold everything should be OK, but if the bottle warms back up (for instance, if it were to be taken out of the ‘fridge and allowed to warm up) you’ve basically got yourself a glass bomb of which I’m sure the results would be even more exciting than when a beer bottle explodes.
